I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land in which is video was made on, the Awabakal people.

A real-time online performance work made by artist Lottie Consalvo on Friday October 1st 2021 at 7:23pm. The artist hosted a dinner party in her home and invited her mother. The performance was presented with the audience not physically in the space and rather witnessing the performance through this video and their imaginations. The video much like a film and play at the same time. It becomes apparent that the dinner guest is in fact the artists late mother, a presence rather than her physical self. The artist and her family interact with the dinner guest as if she is present. Photo documentation was made throughout the evening to document the dinner party.
